Our customer’s experience with Starbank is very important to us and we are continually striving to improve this in every way we can. This is why we have chosen to invest further in the skills of our sales team by providing them with further training and development to enable them to effectively recognise the needs of our customers and deal with customer requirements efficiently. The training was provided by a senior coach at Festo Didactics and was focused on a more consultative sales strategy covering the following areas:
Customer Service: improving customer experience by receiving friendly, high quality and helpful service.
Questions and Listening: Enabling staff to ask the right questions by listening to what the customer requires.
Opportunities and Needs: By improving communication with our customers, Starbanks sales team will be able to advise customers on our products; their features and the benefits they will provide for the customer’s particular needs.
This additional training will allow the sales team at Starbank to strengthen their relationship with customers, providing added value and reassurance to the customer that their needs are being met and their requirements are being dealt with by highly skilled sales professionals.
