Solid Surface Overview
Solid surface is made by combining acrylic/polyester resins with powdered bauxite and pigments to give the look of natural stone or granite.
Solid surface is a homogenous material which is non porous. This means that most materials will not penetrate through and cause staining. As solid surface is decorative throughout, it can be refinished by professionals even after years of wear and tear to bring the material back to how it was originally.
Solid surface panels can be jointed together onsite by trained craftsman to achieve an inconspicuous seam. This look cannot be achieved with any other panel product or natural stone. Other properties of solid surface are listed below.
To increase our scope within the solid surface market. We are upgrading our thermoforming technology as well as adding vacuum forming and hydraulic press facilities. These investments in technology will allow us to tackle more complex 3D solid surface projects.
